Just wanted something quick and easy to do in December - didn't seem like the time to dive into anything big!  Believe me, I am usually the one racing in on the Christmas deadline day!  This is truly a first...

Must be time to start stitching your 2014 ornaments. :)

Funny that you posted this today - I just stopped at my LNS and turned in this, the mini-stocking, and the Santa.  They were shocked I had my Christmas 2013 ornaments done already!

Well I have to say the mini candy cane came from where else, Bedecked and Beadazzled.  I wanted to show everyone how you could use it, especially since I gave them away as gifts in December.  I love these Brads, there are lots of different designs.  The leaves are stitched with Threadworx, and outlined with Kreinik 202HL #8.

Thanks everyone :)

What did you use fir the leaves? It's very pretty, and I like the gold outlining. Very clever to find a baby candy cane to match the stitched one.

So charming! I like everything about it. Most of all, I like the colors.
